Dear Elementary Camper and Parents:

We are thrilled that you will be joining us for the Pianofest 2007 Piano Ensemble Camp.  PLEASE READ THIS LETTER CAREFULLY.  If you have any questions after reading this letter, don’t hesitate to call us.

The list of music (and the specific parts) which you will be responsible for learning prior to camp is included on a separate sheet in this packet of information.  Please read your music assignment sheet carefully as it gives specific instructions on obtaining your music.  If you have any questions concerning your music assignments, please let us know immediately.

Camp Check-in will be held on Monday, June 13 in the Singletary Center for the Arts lobby (see enclosed map for location) from 12:45 p.m. until 1:30 p.m.  Parents or guardians please accompany your camper on Monday for check-in.  Parking is permitted in the second lot behind Memorial Coliseum (see enclosed map).  For the rest of the week you may just pull up on the circle drive in front of the Singletary Center and drop off your child with the Pianofest chaperon.  The chaperon will be on duty beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Tuesday through Friday—therefore, campers may not be dropped off prior to this time.  Also, campers should be picked up at the end of each afternoon session by pulling up in the Singletary Circle.  The Pianofest chaperon will escort your child outside to the car and verify that the driver is authorized to pick up your camper.  At check-in on Monday we will have a “designated driver” form for you to complete so that we will know who is authorized to pick up your child each day.  Please be prompt for pick up time as our chaperons have other responsibilities at 5:30 p.m.
